Prescriptions and repeat prescriptions
All repeat prescriptions will require a consultation. Prescriptions run out at a specific time mandated by the PBS in order to facilitate a review of their effectiveness and any side effects.
We encourage you to request any due medications during your consultation.

Referrals
If you need a referral to a specialist, a scan or a blood test you must attend an appointment.
It is a requirement of all medical practices that we do not provide referrals without a consultation taking place first. Please be advised that referrals cannot be backdated.
Medical certificates
All requests for medical certificates require a consultation with your doctor. We do not issue medical certificates without you attending an appointment with your doctor and we are not permitted to issue certificates retrospectively.

Worker's Compensation
All worker's compensation consultations accounts must be paid on the day. Unfortunately we are unable to assist patients from other practices.

Online Appointments
We offer a quick, convenient and confidential online booking service via HotDoc. Please book a standard appoitment and then either email us or ring to get us to change it to a phone call. Unfortunately HotDoc is not fully compatible with our newest version of medical software.
Results
We encourage follow up for tests with a face to face consultation to explain results, unless another arrangement is made with your doctor. Our nurse will contact you with any abnormal results. We do not contact you with normal results. Please make an appointment with your doctor if you continue to experience any symptoms.
